Teamwork Stock Count app for iPhone and iPad

Teamwork Mobile Stock Count is a physical inventory app that works with Teamwork Operations*. It is the simplest, fastest and most accurate way to count your merchandise and update store quantities. You can use iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone to count one or multiple stores, as a single operator or with a whole team.

A store can be counted in its entirety, or can be divided into ‘Zones’ that can be counted simultaneously. Teamwork Mobile Stock Count contains all your inventory detail, which allows you to verify correct merchandise tagging and pricing as you count stock. Since all inventory data is in each iOS device, you can even count a warehouse or off-site merchandise storage without internet or network connectivity. Simply count everything in the location and return to your store to synchronize with Store Operations.

If you don’t want to cover an entire store at once, Teamwork Mobile Stock Count supports ‘cycle’ counting, allowing you to use downtime to spot check various departments or store areas.

Once your stock count is completed you can review it and upload the count to Store Operations. You can then generate reports, investigate any discrepancies and automatically generate adjustment documents. This finalizes your count and updates on-hand inventory for the location.
